The Venue
How many guests can you host?
Up to 100. Most couples with us have 50 to 75.
What is included in the rental?
A 10-hour base rental from 10am to 10pm (2 hours of setup and 1 hour of cleanup included), plus tables and chairs.
Can we bring our own alcohol and vendors?
Yes. We share a preferred vendor list, and you’re free to use your own.
Do we need a planner?
A day-of planner is required. Bring your own or add our day-of coordination for $500 (8 hours).
How much does it cost?
Venue-only rental runs $2,500 to $4,500 depending on season and day of the week, with $3,500 the average. Extra hours are $200/hr. Catering is billed by your caterer, around $100 per guest.

How many rooms are there?
24 art suites on two floors: 8 studios, 4 deluxe studios, 5 cozy one-bedrooms, and 7 luxury suites, each designed by a different artist.
How does the room block work?
We create a custom booking link for your group. Guests book directly and get 18% off our best available rate.
Is the bridal suite included?
The Green Room is our bridal suite. It’s an add-on to your rental at $1,499 for 2 nights.
Is there parking?
Yes, self-parking on the same block and an adjacent lot.
Is the front desk staffed?
Daily from 9am to 9pm, with concierge and housekeeping.
